An adequate city development, respecting characteristic urban structure is proposed. By placing and regulation of development areas mostly along the existing roads or on vacant lots, there is an aim to achieve continuity of new urban structure and its harmonic incorporation into the existing city form. The emphasis is also placed on smooth transition between the city and the landscape.
