The development concept based on additional research and analysis, prepared as a basis for the urban plan. A reasonable city expansion, respecting the existing urban structure is proposed. Locating new development areas along the existing transport veins and building preferably on vacant lots marks a virtual effort to achieve harmonic blend of old city structures with new ones. An important development area is represented by Lužec with leasure time facilities.
