Architekti<br \/>\n<strong>Rok: <\/strong>2010<\/p>\n<p>Studie oblasti Balad se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 anal\u00fdzou okrajov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed m\u011bsta a jejich mo\u017en\u00e9mu budouc\u00edmu vyu\u017eit\u00ed, dle navr\u017een\u00e9ho konceptu \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. V\u00fdsledky anal\u00fdz jsou prezentov\u00e1ny ve studii. <\/p>\n<p>Navr\u017een\u00e1 koncepce pro Balad klade velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed vazby mezi zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdmi oblastmi, tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00edmi sou\u010dasnou identitu s\u00eddla a novou image modern\u00edho m\u011bsta, kter\u00e9 se bude rapidn\u011b rozv\u00edjet v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch dek\u00e1d\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum si klade za c\u00edl zajistit p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd rozvoj budouc\u00edho s\u00eddla. Konfrontuje n\u00e1s s n\u00e1roky zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9ho okol\u00ed a pot\u0159ebami modern\u00edho m\u011bsta, v\u010detn\u011b nutnosti zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kvalitn\u00edho dopravn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.  Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zohled\u0148uje historii a p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed podm\u00ednky oblasti. <\/p>\n<p>Velkou pozornost je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u011bmto p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm prvk\u016fm, jako jsou \u0159eka, kan\u00e1ly, rybn\u00edky a p\u016fvodn\u00ed fl\u00f3ra v d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm povod\u00ed Tigridu, jeho\u017e stopy jsou st\u00e1le viditeln\u00e9 v urbanizovan\u00e9 struktu\u0159e m\u011bsta a ve struktu\u0159e zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, formovan\u00fdch syst\u00e9mem zavla\u017eovac\u00edch kan\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Posledn\u00ed jmenovan\u00e9 je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd urb\u00e1nn\u00ed prvek, maj\u00edc\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u00fd formuj\u00edc\u00ed potenci\u00e1l pro vnit\u0159n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fd prostor Baladu. <\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv na oblast m\u00e1 dopravn\u00ed syst\u00e9m s novou d\u00e1lnic\u00ed, spojuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st m\u011bsta s ji\u017en\u00ed tangentou, vedenou pod\u00e9l kan\u00e1lu.
