Luk\u00e1\u0161 Vacek, Marek Veleba, \u0160imon Vojt\u00edk, Lucie \u010c\u00ed\u017ekov\u00e1 <\/p>\n<p>Bastion XXXI, sou\u010d\u00e1st novom\u011bstsk\u00e9ho opevn\u011bn\u00ed, vyb\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00fdchodn\u00edm sm\u011brem mezi parky Ztracenku a Folimanku. Poloha bastionu v nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b Nov\u00e9ho M\u011bsta p\u0159edj\u00edm\u00e1 jeho potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdznam ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho spole\u010densk\u00e9ho prostoru. Mezi p\u0159ilehl\u00fdmi plochami ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zelen\u011b slibuje d\u00edky historicky siln\u00e9mu n\u00e1boji v kontextu \u00fazem\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou roli.<\/p>\n<p>Bastion s nepravidelnou dynamickou geometri\u00ed je ost\u0159e vymezen, p\u0159esn\u011b definov\u00e1n, nesnese z\u00e1sahu do sv\u00e9 podstaty. Je t\u0159eba jej p\u0159ijmout, uchopit a u\u010dinit obyvateln\u00fdm. Siln\u00fdch podn\u011bt\u016f je dostatek. Prostor je chr\u00e1n\u011bn i otev\u0159en, s n\u011bkolika vrstvami kontextu je organicky za\u010dlen\u011bn do kompozice ustavuj\u00edc\u00edch prvk\u016f m\u011bsta, kde se i ve vedlej\u0161\u00ed roli uplat\u0148uje. Nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u011b romantick\u00fd. <\/p>\n<p>Z m\u011bstsk\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby je bastion d\u016fsledn\u011b vy\u010dlen\u011bn a tak v n\u00e1vrhu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1. <\/p>\n<p>Tenk\u00e1 strouha s tekouc\u00ed vodou v kovov\u00e9m otev\u0159en\u00e9m kan\u00e1lku dilatuje ulici od vstupn\u00ed plochy bastionu. P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh vody spojuje r\u016fznorod\u00e9 hry a sc\u00e9ny prostoru. Prostor, ze z\u00e1padn\u00ed i ji\u017en\u00ed strany uzav\u0159en\u00fd vysokou zd\u00ed, je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 interierem, m\u00edstem pro zahradn\u00ed slavnost i divadlo, kde se uplat\u0148uje intimita. Schody a pr\u016fhled pod\u00e9l gotick\u00e9 hradebn\u00ed zdi vedle severn\u00ed st\u011bny zahradn\u00edho domku zvou na cestu mezi domem a stromem, doprov\u00e1zenou pram\u00ednkem vody. Tu se uplat\u0148uje historie. Postupn\u011b se vyno\u0159uje v\u00fdhled a na konci cesty strom, font\u00e1na a skoro kompletn\u00ed panorama.
