V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkum\u016f byly podkladem pro komplexn\u00ed posouzen\u00ed a n\u00e1vrh, zohled\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed v urbanistick\u00e9m kontextu v\u00fdsledky proveden\u00fdch anal\u00fdz, majetkopr\u00e1vn\u00ed vztahy a \u00fazemn\u011b pl\u00e1novac\u00ed dokumentaci.
